		Rick Gardner has been Executive Director of CEDR since January 2009. He served as interim director from June 2008 through December 2008. Rick has over 29 years of business experience including 27 years of aerospace, where he served as a vice-president of a Fortune 50 Company. In 2006, Rick served as Director of the Business Center for Clatsop Community College where he was responsible for the Small Business Development Center (SBDC). Rick also stared his own company focusing on business consulting in 2007. At CEDR, Rick is responsible for the management of the organization including working with the CEDR Board of Directors on organization strategy.

		Mark Thompson has been Business Counselor with CEDR since January 2009. Prior to joining CEDR, Mark ran the consulting company he founded in Beaverton Oregon for over 15 years. In additional to operating his own business, he has experience working in various management and planning positions in the energy, rail transportation and fisheries industries. As Business Counselor for CEDR, Mark applies his over 25 years of business experience and the resources of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to provide counseling services to small businesses as well as contributing to the economic development initiatives of CEDR.
